This newly built home offers breathtaking 360° views of the mountains and Resurrection Bay, just three blocks from the waterfront. Conveniently located in the heart of Seward, Alaska, this beautiful property sleeps six very comfortably.

You'll enjoy a full kitchen, open-concept living room, and on-site laundry, with three bedrooms—each furnished with a queen bed—and two bathrooms (one on each floor), making this the perfect stay for families or groups of six. With multiple decks and views in every direction, you’ll enjoy all that Seward has to offer, with the convenience of walking everywhere you want to be.

This is an entire home rental, so guests will have full access to all areas.

As a free resource, my husband Clay, a local boat captain, and I are here to answer questions or help you book the perfect excursion to explore Seward and the surrounding Kenai Fjords National Park. We offer discounts on many tours to our guests.

This newly built home is ideally situated between the Seward Boat Harbor and downtown, making it easy to venture to restaurants, shopping, and most attractions. It’s also very close to the beach, where you can take a stroll along the scenic bike path that spans from the harbor all the way to the Alaska SeaLife Center.

Plenty of parking is available along the side of the home. Please note: the garage is not accessible for guest parking.

Seward is a 2–3 hour scenic drive from Anchorage, or you can take the Alaska Railroad to/from Seward for a scenic 4-hour journey.

The City of Seward provides a free shuttle that runs from the harbor to downtown with stops in between—this location is highly walkable!

We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the home. A public outdoor grilling area is available at the pavilion near the waterfront for preparing your local catch. We do not allow fish processing on the property.
