This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a sofa bed sleeps eight and is perfect for the whole family! With a large yard, outdoor games, BBQ grill, fire pit, and a lovely peony garden, you’ll enjoy this peaceful oasis located just 6 miles from town. A full kitchen, cozy living room, spacious dining table, sunroom, and laundry make this property ideal for groups wanting to explore Seward.

Once you enter the home from the lower parking area, everything is on one level. Two bedrooms with queen beds are separated by a full bath. The master bedroom features a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The home also includes a main living room and a sunroom with a queen pull-out sofa bed. A full kitchen, laundry room, and large dining table add to the comfort and convenience. A large wraparound deck is an added bonus!

This private retreat offers stunning mountain and glacier views. Moose with newborn calves often visit the property in the spring and graze in the raised-bed gardens and surrounding forest during the summer. Hiking trails, a salmon weir, saltwater fishing, and a freshwater lake are all just minutes away. Located a 10-minute drive from the Seward Boat Harbor and downtown, this home—with its large lawn, decks, and fire pit—is perfect for outdoor relaxation.

There’s plenty of parking for cars and sports equipment trailers (boats, 4-wheelers, and kayaks), and the home is eco-friendly with geothermal heating.

From the Seward train depot, this home is just a short taxi ride away or a scenic 2.5-hour drive from the Anchorage airport.

We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. We do not allow processing of fish on the property.
