Please note: This is a multi-level townhouse with stairs throughout—guests must be comfortable climbing stairs.

• Two full bathrooms connected to bedrooms (entry floor and third floor)
• One full bathroom located between the two third-floor bedrooms
• Half bath on the main floor, off the kitchen (where laundry is also located)

• Two designated parking spaces in front of the unit (no additional spaces, boats, or trailers allowed per HOA)

• Grill provided on the deck for outdoor cooking, especially for your local catch
• Guests are asked not to cook fish inside the unit; fish processing is not allowed on the property

• Several blocks from the cruise ship terminal and train depot—car or taxi recommended for convenience
• 2–3 hour scenic drive from Anchorage or a 4-hour journey via the Alaska Railroad
