At 340 sq, ft., this downtown gem features a small kitchen, sitting room, ¾ bathroom including a stand-up shower with separated sink/vanity, and a washer/dryer. The spacious front yard provides a great spot for relaxation after an adventurous Alaskan summer day and the views of Mt. Marathon are epic!

Little House on 3rd is 3/4 of a mile from the small boat harbor and 2 blocks from Resurrection Bay with a beautiful view of Mt. Marathon. It's a short walking distance to the Alaska Sealife Center, local shops, bars, restaurants, laundromat, and coffee houses.The entire city of Seward is only about a mile long; however the City of Seward provides a free shuttle that runs from the Harbor to Downtown with stops in between, which is very convenient so you don’t have to have a car.

A note that we do not allow processing of fish on property and encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the home. A public outdoor grilling area is available at the pavilion, which is a short walk near the waterfront, for outdoor cooking of your local catch.
