Located right in town, MountainView Getaway offers stunning views and even better access. As our guest, we're here to help you explore Seward and Kenai Fjords National Park, offering discounts on many tours in the area!

There are a total of four bedrooms upstairs (three with queen beds and one with a twin), including the master bedroom with an attached ¾ bath and an additional shared full bath. Downstairs, you'll find the fifth bedroom with a king bed, a second TV area equipped with a queen sofa sleeper, a half bath**, and the laundry room.

The upper level features a spacious living and dining area along with a full kitchen. The home is surrounded by mature spruce trees that offer added privacy while relaxing on the patio or around the fire pit.

Please note: We recently discovered an issue with the plumbing in the downstairs half bathroom. While it is still functional, there is a drainage issue that causes the toilet to clog and back up easily when solids or toilet paper are flushed. Full repairs will require construction to access the plumbing beneath the concrete floor, which is scheduled for the fall. In the meantime, the toilet may be used for liquids only—no solids or toilet paper, please. The home’s two other bathrooms are fully functional.

This is an entire home rental, so all spaces are accessible for guests except the garage.

Enjoy spectacular views of Mt. Alice, Mt. Marathon, and Resurrection Bay from this large home nestled between the harbor and downtown Seward. The central location offers convenient access to restaurants, shopping, the waterfront, the SeaLife Center, and hiking trails—all within walking distance.

The home has a driveway that fits multiple cars, as well as free street parking. Both downtown Seward and the Seward Boat Harbor are walkable from the property.

We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the home. An outdoor grill is available for preparing your local catch instead. We do not allow fish processing on the property.
