OceanView Townhouse – Three Bedroom Apartment (Sleeps 8)

‍OceanView Townhouse is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom spacious unit that sleeps 8 comfortably. It’s the perfect place to stay in Seward! This stylish townhouse is located between the harbor and downtown, making it an easy venture to restaurants, shopping, and most attractions.

The upper level features an open living space with a full kitchen, laundry, full bathroom, and dining area. Enjoy drinks or grilling on the cozy outdoor deck. The upper level bedroom features a king bed, a view of Mt. Marathon, and a walk-in closet.

The lower level has a second full bathroom and two additional bedrooms: one with three twin beds and the other with one queen and one twin bed. This space is perfect for up to 6 more guests.

Parking is available right in front of the unit. The garage is not accessible for guests. Seward is a 2–3 hour scenic drive from Anchorage, or you can take the Alaska Railroad to/from Seward for a scenic 4-hour journey. The City of Seward provides a free shuttle that runs from the Harbor to Downtown with stops in between.

No parking in the garage. Please refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; a grill is provided for outdoor cooking of your local catch. No processing of fish on property. The ocean view that once was (the townhouse’s namesake) has become shielded due to growing trees; however, there is still a wonderful mountain view and the oceanfront is just a couple of short blocks away.
