A quaint cabin on Lowell Point just a short walk to the beach awaits! This cozy cabin sleeps six, with two bedrooms—each featuring a queen and a twin bed—1.5 baths, a full kitchen, cozy dining area and living room, outdoor grill, and excellent access to nearby trails. Located just 100 yards from the beach and Caines Head State Recreation Area, this home is the perfect base to explore Lowell Point and spot marine wildlife!

Both bedrooms are located upstairs and are identical in layout, with one queen and one twin bed each. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower is also located upstairs, while a half bath is located downstairs on the main floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. A dining room with seating for six and an outdoor area with a propane barbecue grill are added perks!

Please note that this property does not have a dishwasher or a washer and dryer in the unit.

Guests have access to the entire home.

Located just 2 miles outside of downtown Seward in the seaside community of Lowell Point, this unique home is within walking distance to beach access and local hiking trails. You will need a vehicle to get around and to the home from Seward. Taxis are typically readily available, but we highly recommend a car.

Additional Notes:

• The home uses a 50-gallon water heater (not on-demand), so hot water may temporarily run out during your stay. If this happens, please allow time for the tank to refill and heat back up before use.
• Heat is powered by a Toyo stove, so occasional smells of propane or gas are normal.
• The wood stove is not available for guest use and is off-limits.
