Woodland Cabin

This cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin with a pull-out sofa sleeps four and is perfect for a couple or group with minimal space needs. Once you enter the cabin, everything is on one level. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just five miles from town, this quaint cabin has a small kitchen and sitting area. The bedroom features a queen bed with a TV, and there is a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The ¾ bathroom includes a stand-up shower. Please note that the cabin does not have laundry services. A spacious front deck provides a great spot for relaxation after an adventurous Alaskan summer day.

Woodland Cabin sits on a large, private lot surrounded by trees, just a short drive from town and bordering state land. It shares the lot with another property (Woodland Retreat), which is a home that sleeps seven and can be booked at the same time for larger groups wanting to stay close together. If you are a separate group, please respect the privacy of guests staying in the main house.

From the Seward train depot, this home is located a short taxi ride away, or a 2.5-hour scenic drive from the Anchorage airport.

We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. We do not allow processing of fish on the property.
