Once you enter the home, everything is on one level. Two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a twin and full—are separated by a full bath. The master bedroom contains a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The home also features a main living room, laundry room, full kitchen, and a dining table. A spacious deck lies off the back of the house, providing a great spot for barbecues and relaxation during the long Alaskan summer evenings.

Woodland Retreat sits on a large, private lot surrounded by trees, just a short drive from town and bordering state land. After a long day of play in the Seward area, the Retreat offers a comfortable place to relax. Games, books, Wi-Fi, and a TV with Roku box are available for when it’s time to wind down or rest after a busy day.

From the Seward train depot, this home is located a short taxi ride away, or a 2.5-hour scenic drive from the Anchorage airport.

We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. We do not allow processing of fish on the property.
